A contract between you and Boney Gear is only formed once we send confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order.

Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and by submitting payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, and estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. Boney Gear is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We want you to ride with confidence. Unworn items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within the window stated in our returns policy. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged
• Original tags and protective packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a faulty product.

Boney Gear products are designed to offer protective features, but no apparel can guarantee protection from injury. Our products are not a substitute for safe riding practices, and you use them at your own risk.

Protective components such as inserts should be inspected regularly and replaced after any significant impact. Follow all care and usage instructions supplied with each product to maintain its protective qualities.
