Is Boney Gear protective motorcycle gear or lifestyle clothing?
Boney Gear is built around protective motorcycle apparel with everyday styling. Protective products are designed around rider movement, key impact areas and compatibility with protective inserts, while lifestyle products are made for off-bike wear.
Are protective inserts included with the garments?
Protective insert information is shown on each product page. Some garments are compatible with inserts sold separately, and insert availability depends on the product and impact zone.
Which protective insert positions are supported?
Compatible insert positions vary by garment. Riding shackets and hoodies may support shoulder, elbow and back inserts. Riding jeans may support hip and knee inserts. Always check the product page before ordering.
How do I choose the correct size?
Use the size guide on the product page and compare your body measurements against the garment category. Consider your riding position and whether you plan to layer underneath. If you are between sizes, contact us before ordering.
What does Pricing TBC or Sizing TBC mean?
TBC means the product is still being finalised. Pricing TBC products are not ready for purchase yet, and Sizing TBC products are waiting for confirmed size information. These products use placeholder imagery until final details are available.
Why are some products visible before they are available to buy?
Some upcoming products are shown so riders can preview the range. Products marked TBC or Coming Soon cannot be purchased until final pricing, sizing, stock and product details are confirmed.
Do you ship across South Africa?
Yes. Boney Gear is being set up for South African shipping. Shipping options, rates and delivery estimates are confirmed at checkout when available.
How much does shipping cost?
